This is my first entry in English... but it'll be a quick one!
I'm not sure if any English-speaking people read the Gameblog website or any blog, but I'll try my luck...
I'm trying to advertise the upcoming release of the History of Nintendo vol. 1, by Florent Gorges (and translated into English of course...) in the UK.
The book was launched a year ago on the Pix'n Love publishing website but there was no real marketing campaign behind it and consequently, it did not sell very well. It's quite impossible to rely only on word of mouth when you're new in the business. Therefore, the book is being re-launched in UK stores this time.
I've been a big fan and supporter of every French Pix'n Love publication and it's only logical that I'm trying to support them again, especially since I'm an English teacher.
Vol. 2 of the History of Nintendo is also scheduled but it might be cancelled if vol. 1 doesn't sell... since the online sales have been disappointing, the future doesn't look very bright for any further releases. Which is why I need all the help I can get to promote this book.
