Après une première enchère ou on a vu les Licences comme South Park, Saints Row & Warhammer entre autres ont trouvé preneur chez Ubisoft, Deep Silver et Sega. D'autres licences ont pas trouvé preneur et c'est le but de cette dernière enchère par lot. Les éditeurs intéresser ont jusqu'au 1er avril pour faire leur offre, et l'offre la + élevée dans chacun des lots seront soumis au tribunal en Mai.
